Please include your full name and age for the guest list and your favorite SMD song (just for kicks, cos i'm bored). We'll be handing out two separate sets of tickets. One pair of tickets for the metro show (ages 18+), and one pair for the whole night (metro show and smartbar dj set, 21+).
